This luscious Double IPA showcases a soft, squidgy profile derived from a heavy grist of oats and wheat. The hop profile is led by hand-selected Citra, Galaxy, and Motueka, which combine to create a vibrant sensory experience. Expect an aromatic explosion of fresh OJ and zesty mojito-like lime, transitioning into a palate rich with lemon curd and the velvety sweetness of ripe flat peaches. Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Dense, creamy white head with excellent retention and thick lacing. Opaque to heavily hazy, consistent with the high protein content from oats and wheat.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by tropical and citrus hop notes: prominent lime zest, fresh orange juice, and peach skin. Supportive background of bready, grainy malt. Fermentation profile is clean with very low fruity esters.
