Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring distinct notes of lime zest, sweet lemon, and juicy melon. A clean, lightly bready and grainy malt presence from the extra pale malt and oats provides a soft background. Fermentation is clean with a subtle fruity ester profile that complements the Cashmere hop character.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with dominant lemon, lime, and melon qualities. The malt provides a soft, bready foundation.
