This decadent Imperial Stout presents an opulent sensory experience driven by a complex foundation of 9 selected malts and roasted corn flakes. The extended boil creates a viscous, ink-like base where rich dark chocolate and espresso notes provide a canvas for the pastry-inspired additions. Aromas of toasted coconut and the almond-vanilla spice of Tonka bean meld with lactose to create a velvety custard-like profile. Prominent cinnamon notes weave through the layers, providing a spicy counterpoint to the deep malt sweetness.
