The sensory experience is dominated by an intense, fragrance-like bouquet of ripe pineapple, sweet cantaloupe, and succulent papaya. These tropical layers are elevated by a delicate floral note reminiscent of fresh flower nectar. While the aroma is seductively sweet and fruity, the palate delivers a clean, neutral malt profile that allows the hop complexity to shine. A refined bitterness provides a necessary counterpoint to the lush fruit character, leading to a smooth, dry finish that emphasizes high drinkability despite its strength.
Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head. Excellent clarity, though a very slight haze is present due to the intensive dry-hop additions.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring distinct notes of tropical pineapple and papaya, alongside sweet melon and a floral, honey-like nectar. Malt presence is low and neutral, providing a clean backdrop for the prominent hop characteristics. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.
Taste. The palate is saturated with complex hop flavors of pineapple and cantaloupe. Bitterness is firm but well-integrated, providing a smooth balance rather than a harsh bite.
