Cold Fruit Lightning is an electrifying Wild Specialty Beer that bursts with a vibrant, sparkling red-purple hue. Utilizing the distinct lactic acidity of Philly yeast, it delivers a sharp, clean tartness that serves as a canvas for a massive addition of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. The sensory profile is defined by a vivid berry medley, where the jammy sweetness of strawberries meets the earthy depth of blackberries and the floral punch of raspberries. Appearance. Intense, glowing red-purple color with a sparkling clarity despite the heavy fruit loading. Pours with a moderate pinkish-purple head that fades relatively quickly, leaving a light ring of lacing.
