Appearance. Luminous straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a characteristic opaque haze. Topped by a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by tropical guava, ripe passion fruit, and bright tangerine. Clean, bready malt notes from Extra Pale malt provide a subtle backdrop, while the Pomona yeast contributes supporting stone fruit esters without any herbal or grassy notes.
Taste. A wave of juicy tropical fruit flavors including guava and citrus. Low to medium-low bitterness ensures a soft presentation.
