The aroma is a sophisticated blend of spicy phenols and funky, earthy notes, complemented by the floral touch of Perle and the citrusy, tropical edges of Simcoe hops. Appearance. Deep golden color (approx. 7 SRM) with a dense, rocky, long-lasting ivory head that leaves persistent lacing. Slight haze is visible as the beer is unfiltered.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity. A complex mix of peppery spice and rustic, earthy funk from the Brettanomyces. Moderate fruity esters suggesting pear and citrus are supported by floral Perle hops and a resinous, tropical hint of Simcoe. Low grainy-sweet malt character.

Taste. Initial impression is a refreshing, light lactic tartness. The malt profile is soft and grainy, showcasing the bready depth of English Pale and Munich malts.
