Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring a rich, bready-toasted malt base with notes of caramel. The profile is punctuated by distinct citrus, orange peel, and resinous scents from Amarillo hops, alongside subtle spicy phenols of black pepper and a soft, perfumy alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial malt richness with flavors of caramel, sweet cereal, and a hint of dried fruit. The mid-palate is dominated by citrusy and herbal hop flavors. Bitterness is moderate and higher than traditional examples, balancing the residual sugars. The finish is moderately dry with a lingering, flebile peppery spice and clean fermentation character.
