Appearance. 3–5 SRM. Pale gold with a slight haze characteristic of the wheat content. Displays a persistent, fluffy white head with moderate lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring dominant aromas of fresh grapefruit zest and sweet orange driven by Mandarina Bavaria hops. A low grainy, doughy wheat sweetness provides a clean background. The fermentation profile is neutral, lacking any banana esters or clove phenols.
