As building a brewery is very expensive, they started brewing as gypsies – paying rent to other breweries for using their equipment. The first brews were done at Genika brewery (Dr Jones, Major Tom, Mrs Robinson), then at Tanker (Dr Jones Senior) and after that the brewery found it’s home for a long period at Lehe Brewery. Over 30 brews were done there.
In 2019 two new members – Mati and Anton joined the team and the dream of having our own brewery was put into action. We bought an old metal factory building and started renovating it. The brewing equipment we managed to buy second-hand from another brewery that closed it’s doors. Meanwhile the gypsy brews continued at Lehe, Pühaste and Käbliku breweries.
Our very own brewery was opened in June 2020.
In 2022 we were able to purchase our own canning line with 6 filling heads. This allows us to cut some of the costs and be more flexible in our canning schedule and ensure better quality of our products.
