This classic Dunkles Weissbier from the Holy Mountain pours a striking chestnut brown with a characteristic yeast-driven opacity and a dense, creamy foam. The aroma is a sophisticated bouquet of ripe banana and bright pineapple esters, underscored by rich Bavarian dark wheat and barley malts that offer subtle notes of cocoa and toasted caramel. On the palate, a soft, round body carries flavors of bready malt sweetness balanced by the delicate, spicy touch of Hallertau hops.
