This quintessential California Common presents a brilliant deep amber hue beneath a dense, creamy head. The sensory experience is led by a distinctive rustic hop profile, featuring the woody, resinous, and minty notes characteristic of Northern Brewer hops. Supporting the assertive bitterness is a robust backbone of toasty and bready malt, enriched by subtle caramel and biscuit-like sweetness.
