While the intensity is pushed to the limit, the beer maintains the classic structure of the style with a clean, supportive malt backbone and a sharp, resinous bitterness. Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (8 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. Features a dense, off-white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet dominated by tropical fruit notes of ripe mango and pineapple. Subtle resinous hop oil and a hint of wet grass provide complexity, supported by a low, clean, grainy malt aroma and a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Assertive hop-forward flavors mirroring the aroma, with pineapple and tropical fruit at the forefront. Bitterness is firm and clean, balanced by a light, bready malt foundation. The finish is dry and crisp with a long-lasting, resinous hoppy aftertaste and no harshness.
