This vibrant American IPA showcases a powerful sensory collision of tropical and citrus notes driven by assertive additions of Citra and Mosaic hops. A foundation of premium Golden Promise malt provides a clean, slightly nutty, and honeyed character that supports the intense hop profile without competing for attention. Expect an aromatic explosion of mango, blueberry, and bright grapefruit pith, leading into a crisp, assertively bitter finish. The fermentation is exceptionally clean thanks to the US-ale yeast, allowing the resinous pine and floral nuances of the hops to remain the focal point of this potent and refreshing West Coast-style collaboration.

Appearance. Bright gold to light amber (6–8 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by Mosaic’s tropical mango and blueberry alongside Citra’s grapefruit zest and lime. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness provides a supportive background. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of pineapple, passion fruit, and citrus resin. The Golden Promise malt offers a light bready, toasted flavor that balances a firm bitterness. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, clean hoppy aftertaste and no harshness.
