Bright notes of lemon verbena provide a modern herbal lift to the traditional spicy hop character. On the palate, the experience is clean and intensely dry, as the initial grainy sweetness quickly gives way to a firm, crisp bitterness. Appearance. Brilliant, pale gold color (SRM 3) with a voluminous, frothy white head that shows excellent retention and leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderately high hop aroma characterized by flowery honeysuckle, herbal lemon verbena, and dried hay. Low grainy malt sweetness persists in the background with a distinct note of light honey. Extremely clean fermentation profile without esters or diacetyl.
