Appearance. Deep gold color (approx. 7 SRM). Brilliantly clear to slightly hazy with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Leading notes of passion fruit and strawberry from Strata, combined with the bright lime and grapefruit of Citra. A secondary layer of coconut and tropical pineapple from Sabro is evident. Low, clean, bready malt aroma in the background. Clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Assertive hop flavor mirrors the aroma, featuring mango, citrus zest, and a subtle creamy cedar note. Medium-high hop bitterness provides a sharp, clean counterpoint to the low grainy-sweet malt. Fermentation is clean with a very light ester profile. Finishes dry and hoppy with a lingering citrus bitterness.
