This classic Weissbier presents a beautiful honey yellow hue with a natural yeast cloudiness and a persistent, fine-moussy head. Aroma. High intensity. Pronounced grainy wheat, doughy bread, and yeast character. Moderate to strong banana esters with subtle citrus and soft floral hop notes. Low clove-like phenols.
