This classic Weissbier presents a beautiful honey yellow hue with a natural yeast cloudiness and a persistent, fine-moussy head. The aroma is highly expressive, led by pronounced notes of fresh wheat, doughy bread, and traditional yeast esters. On the palate, it delivers a refreshing and lively experience where marked citrus and soft floral flavors dance alongside a fruity core. Its medium-bodied structure provides a wonderful creaminess without becoming heavy, staying true to its refreshing Bavarian heritage. The balance is expertly handled, showcasing a clean fermentation profile that emphasizes drinkability and a crisp, spritzy finish characteristic of the style.
Appearance. SRM 3–5. Honey yellow to pale straw in color. Very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with fine lacing. Hazy with a natural yeast cloudiness.
Aroma. High intensity. Pronounced grainy wheat, doughy bread, and yeast character. Moderate to strong banana esters with subtle citrus and soft floral hop notes. Low clove-like phenols.
Taste. Initial impression of soft, grainy-sweet wheat and Pilsner malt. Low hop bitterness allows bready malt and fruity yeast esters to lead. Distinctive citrus and banana flavors are well-integrated with soft floral notes. Dry and well-rounded finish with a clean, refreshing aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a fluffy, creamy fullness. High carbonation provides a lively, effervescent, and spritzy mouthfeel. No alcohol warmth; low astringency.
