Appearance. Very dark brown to black (35-40 SRM). Opaque. Thick, creamy tan head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant aroma of freshly roasted Cuban and Brazilian coffee, accented by sweet, aromatic vanilla beans. Mild roasted malt character with notes of dark chocolate and a distinct cream-like lactose sweetness. Low fruity esters; no hop aroma.
