Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Features a persistent, dense white head with fine lacing. Displays a characteristic hazy, nearly opaque appearance consistent with modern interpretations.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), citrus (orange zest), and a touch of resinous pine. Low, neutral grainy maltiness sits in the background. Light fruity esters from the yeast supplement the hop-derived stone fruit notes. No solventy alcohol presence.
Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit and citrus. Simcoe provides an earthy pine undertone, while Amarillo and Mosaic deliver layers of orange, peach, and passionfruit. Bitterness is low for the style, leaning toward a soft, balanced profile. Malt flavor is low and clean, providing a soft bready foundation. La dorsale maltata abbastanza pulita con note granulose, biscottate e di caramello bilancia ed arricchisce la degustazione. Corpo medio-robusto con carbonatazione media. Morbida ed abbastanza succosa al palato con un amaro moderato, la bevuta è figlia dell’aroma con la nota maltata e tropicale più in evidenza. Finale fruttato e leggermente asciutto con un pizzico di amarezza. Alcol ben nascosto.
