Le Origini
Loreno Michielin, esperto commerciale, Alessandro Zilli, ingegnere appassionato di homebrewing e Fabiano Toffoli, mastro birraio, unirono insieme le loro competenze e la loro passione per dare vita ad un microbirrificio artigianale che parlasse un linguaggio diverso nel panorama della birra.
Fabiano Toffoli è vissuto in Belgio, paese della madre, fino all’età di sedici anni, per poi trasferirsi in Italia e completare il percorso di studi in agronomia. Dopo varie esperienze nel settore brassicolo, nel 2006 a 32 anni, assieme a Loreno e Alessandro fonda 32 Via dei birrai. A lui fanno capo tutte le attività legate alle produzione e al controllo qualitativo.
Alessandro Zilli (aka Bano), appassionato homebrewer, ma ingegnere di formazione, in 32 si occupa ricerca e sviluppo. Grazie a lui gli impianti di produzione sono costantemente aggiornati per migliorare la qualità delle birre e ottimizzare l’efficienza, riducendo sprechi e consumi di risorse.
Ad occuparsi degli aspetti commerciali c’è Loreno Michielin, con alle spalle una lunga esperienza nella ristorazione.
Perché 32 Via dei birrai?
32 è il numero corrispondente alla classe di appartenenza della birra, secondo la classificazione internazionale di Nizza che indica e categorizza prodotti e servizi.
Via dei birrai perché a Bruxelles c’è una Rue des Brasseurs, la via dei birrai.
Ma c’è anche un significato astratto: la via intesa come un percorso, e il cerchio del logo riprende il concetto di eterno movimento verso il divenire, un moto continuo e perpetuo.
