Na de maceratie wordt de fruitlambiek opnieuw geblend om tot een indrukwekkende fruitintensiteit van 35% te komen.

Het resultaat is een lambiek met een intens en diep aromaboeket van bosvruchten, waarin de volle, rijpe smaken van zowel frambozen als krieken prachtig naar voren komen.
