Die leuchtend orangene Farbe und ein Duft nach Portwein und fruchtigem Hopfen sind ein wirklicher Höhepunkt des Abends, das garantieren wird. Das Bier kann außerdem sehr gut gelagert werden und wächst mit der Zeit. Perfekt für nächste Jahr Weihnachten.

Stille Nacht (Silent Night) is a prestige beer from De Dolle Brouwers, brewed for Christmas.

It's very potent at 12.0%, brewed by boiling for many hours, and made using pale malt with white candi sugar in the kettle.

The Poperinge hops give an extra bitterness to balance the extreme sweetness due to the density. The taste triangle is completed with some acidity of the fermentation. It is a very interesting beer to age.

"What a beautiful name for a Christmas beer, by the way, even if we say so ourselves. And with a beautiful name comes an exclusive beer, from which a little more can be expected. A little more, that also means one of the heaviest densities of the wort: 22°PL.
Our traditional brewing room can process a large deposit of malt. We brew one brew a day, boil it in a copper boiler with a direct gas fire and cool it in the cooling vessel, also in copper."
