IPA (India Pale Ale)

Una India Pale Ale (IPA) decididamente lupulada y amarga, moderadamente fuerte, exhibiendo variedades de lúpulos americanos modernos o del Nuevo Mundo. El balance es hacia el lúpulo, con un perfil de fermentación limpio, final seco y malta de soporte limpia, que permite a una creativa gama de carácter a lúpulo brillar a través de ella.

Apariencia: Color dorado con reflejos ambarinos. Ligeramente turbia. Corona de espuma blanca, cremosa y persistencia media.

Aroma: En nariz se denota un intenso aroma a lúpulo, variedades cítricas americanas que recuerdan a la lima, pomelo…y en segundo plano a frutas tropicales como mango y piña.

Sabor: Potente a lúpulo cítrico y con carácter resinoso, el perfil maltoso aparece ligeramente al final del trago siendo un sutil tostado.

Sensación en boca: De cuerpo medio, apoyado por la carbonatación media-alta, final seco.

Our interpretation of the American Pale Ale boasts those same powerful hop characteristics with elements of blood grapefruit, apricot, pine, syrup and herbs. Served best at 10-12 ° C and enjoyed with friends while eating great food!
