This Trappist, also referred to as the Flemish Burgundy, has a dark amber colour, a stable, strong lacing and a white head.

Westvleteren 12 is a masterpiece in its complexity but wonderful in its simplicity. The exquisite smooth taste of caramel and chocolate goes perfectly well with the sweet raisin and nutty notes in the aroma. Together with the firm alcohol percentage, it results in a pleasant full-bodied, long-lasting and warm aftertaste.

Deze trappist, ook wel de Vlaamse Bourgogne genoemd, kleurt donker amber en heeft een stabiele, sterk wandklevende, witte schuimkraag.

Westvleteren 12 is meesterlijk in zijn complexiteit maar heerlijk in zijn eenvoud. De sublieme zachte smaak van karamel en chocolade gaat perfect samen met de rozijnzoetige en nootachtige toetsen in het aroma. Samen met het ferme alcoholgehalte resulteert dit in een weldadige volmondigheid en een lekker lang uitlopende warme nasmaak.

Westvleteren XII es una cerveza trapense, una ale belga muy fuerte, oscura, de alta graduación compleja y equilibrada.

Aroma complejo, con un rico dulzor a malta, ésteres y alcohol significativo y un carácter especiado leve. La malta es rica y fuerte, con notas de pasas de uva, higos, ciruelas,... aspecto de color ámbar profundo a cobrizo-marrón crema persistente, color marrón claro, con bajo amargor para una cerveza de esta graduación alcohólica, dulce y de cuerpo pleno.

Bush Ambree

Introduced in 1933 under the name of “Bush Beer”, this is one of the oldest specialty beers in Belgium and the flagship brand of the Dubuisson Brasserie.

The Bush Caractère is a filtered, top-fermented beer made from malt, hops, natural sugars, water from the brewery’s own underground source and an exclusive house yeast that has been cultivated for 80 years.

The pronounced bitter-sweet taste of this beer, its gentle taste structure and characteristic amber colour are all due to the caramel malts used and the expertise and patience of the master brewer (the beer rests for four to six weeks). The high density – the proportion of malt – and the active house yeast make for one of the strongest Belgian beers, with an alcohol volume of 12%.

Cerveza especial belga, ambarina, 12 % de alcohol y de alta fermentación.

La Bush Ambrée con su profundo color de fuego, conseguido por el uso de malta caramelizada, es con su 12 % de alcohol la cerveza belga más fuerte.

Su creación como cerveza de tipo inglés pero al estilo belga ( más fuerte ) explica su alta fermentación, sus aromas y su amargor pronunciado combinado con el dulzor de su alta graduación.

Por su alto contenido de alcohol es una cerveza de copa, más que para acompañar a comida recomendada como un coñac acompañando a un buen habano.
