Pannepot is één van onze grootste kleppers en vlaggeschip van De Struise Brouwers. Is een Belgian dark strong ale met subtiele stout toets. Zag voor het eerst het daglicht in 2003 en staat sinds 2004 onafgebroken in de Top 100 van de beste bieren ter wereld.

Tongerlo Prior Tripel

Cerveza de abadía triple con segunda fermentación en botella, de sabor frutal (cerezas, manzanas) y amargo equilibrado. Elegida en el 2011 como la mejor cerveza en el estilo de abadía Pale Ale.

La Tongerlo Prior es la más alta de la gama Tongerlo.

Igual de apetitosa que su hermana oscura respecto a su espuma abundante y cremosa, se diferencian en casi todas las demás características.

Rubia dorada y fuerte de alcohol (9%), es agresiva al comienzo de su degustación por su alta saturación, su sabor a malta y levadura y un amargor pronunciado, y moderada en su final seco y aromaspeleones, que abren nuevas sensaciones a medida que la cerveza aumenta en temperatura.

La Tongerlo Prior acompaña bien a quesos bastante fuertes y curados, paté de aves y bogavante.

De Struise Black Damnation XI Special Kay

Uh-oh, looks like we did it again. This big mother of a beer clocks in at 22% ABV and is nothing short of a flavor explosion. Special Kay is an unholy collab between Struise and Portsmouth Brewing company, well known for making one of the best stouts in the United States.

We first blended Portsmouth’s Kate the Great imperial stout with our Black Albert. We then fractionally ice-distilled it over 20 days and ended up at a temperature of -15°C. The result is a white-knuckle thrill ride for your tastebuds: bitter, sweet and super intense. It was only made once, so get your hands on a bottle while you still might have a chance!
