St Llorenç (San Lorenzo) es el patrón de Sant Feliu de Llobregat, municipio que durante la Guerra Civil pasó a llamarse Roses de Llobregat por la tradición floral existente en la población. Esta cerveza elaborada con trigo y de estilo belga (wit bier) se presenta refrescante y con ciertos toques cítricos.
