Tiene un color marrón oscuro con vivacidad media y espuma color crema de la que se mantiene una capa de unos 4 milímetros en la superficie. El aroma es intenso, torrefacto a chocolate y café con un toque lupulado. En boca tenemos una entrada frutal como a pasas que la siguen los sabores fuertes a chocolate y café con un marcado y largo amargor final con un toque terroso.
