Comercial Description:

1.-

Piñata

Tropical Pale

To brew Piñata [4.5%] we used four different tropical fruits to pair with plenty of new world hops. Mandarin and grapefruit peel were used in the kettle and Guava and Mango added after fermentation. The beer is dry and easy drinking with a soft tropical aromas.

2.-

Piñata Colada

Piña Colada Pale Ale

We love a cheeky cocktail every now and again, and our favourite of the lot is the sweet, creamy tropical Piña Colada. We also love getting caught in the rain.

We’ve crammed this beer full of pineapple and coconut to replicate that delicious drink, but with the unique sweetness of Sorachi Ace in the background.

It’s absolutely rammed full of deliciousness. Like, packed. Every tasty little drop from the pineapple and coconut is crammed into the fermenter. It’s like a pinata bursting at the seams with Piña Colada. Grab a big stick, or maybe a glass, and get it open!

Palm Tree Piñata

West Coast IPA

A classic West Coast IPA dry-hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic and Cryo Columbus. This palm is piney!

----------------------

Take a swing at this classic West Coast style beer with Mosaic, Amarillo, Mosaic Cryo hops. We reprised the original recipe from 2020 and made some twists while maintaining the spirit. Pleasant aromas of pine resin and floral notes with a simple malt structure based on extra pale and dextrin malt acquiesce to refreshing citral-grape-currant hop flavors with a persistent bitterness.
