Martin’s IPA

India Pale Ale was first brewed when the British ships crossed the oceans en route to their faraway colonies. To better preserve their beloved beer during these long voyages, the English brewers added extra hops.

British Brewer John Martin honoured this tradition when he landed in Antwerp in 1909 by using the unique dry hopping technique. For this technique, extra hopflowers are added at the end of the fermentation process to give the beer a fruity aroma and a bitter yet balanced flavour.
Martin’s IPA, the perfect alliance between British character and Belgian brewing expertise.

Taste-wise …

Nose: Ripe orange fruit (apricot, peach and plum), herbiness from the hops and a hint of white flowers.

Flavour: A full feeling in the mouth thanks to the outspoken bouquet of hops. A powerful bitterness at the start, followed by an ever so slight peppery aftertaste.

Las India Pale Ale aparecieron a raíz de las travesías oceánicas de los barcos británicos que viajaban hasta sus lejanas colonias. Los expertos cerveceros ingleses añadían lúpulo con el objetivo de conservar mejor su cerveza favorita.

Desde su llegada a Amberes en 1909, el maestro cervecero británico John Martin apostó por esta cerveza, cuyo proceso de elaboración, que incluye la lupulización en seco, la vuelve única. El añadido de flores de lúpulo al final de la fermentación confiere a esta cerveza su aroma afrutado y su amargor gratamente equilibrado.Martin’s IPA, la alianza perfecta entre el alma inglesa y la pericia cervecera de los belgas.

Olor: Notas de cítricos con un toque de especias intensificado por la lupulización en seco. Matices de flores blancas.

Gusto: Intenso en boca y lupulado. Poderoso amargor desde que entra en la boca, conclusión más indulgente.

Psycho-Tropic, una Tropical Ale de 4º fruto de la colaboración con Drunken Bros.

Pysicho Tropic es una Tropical Ale con un aroma a frutas tropicales muy exóticas, que son el mango y la maracuyá. Este aroma caracteriza esta cerveza, conseguido con una mezcla de tres tipos de lúpulo americano, que le dan una personalidad propia, ligeramente tostada, y una gran espuma que hacen de esta cerveza muy fresca y con sus cuatro grados apta para repetir.

Easy Jack came about when Brewmaster Matt Brynildson went to the mountain top and returned with a vision for a diﬀerent kind of Session IPA, one that would be brewed and dry hopped with a globetrotting selection of newer hop varieties from Germany, New Zealand and North America. He foresaw a beer that would deliver massive hop aromas, surprising dimension, a signature malt balance and an empty glass before you knew what hit you. And so the newest member of our Jack IPA family was born.
