Exquisita y chispeante cerveza, intensamente llena de aromas, al paladar es explosiba con sabores tropicales, donde se acentúa el mango y maracuya gracias a los lúpulos Americanos y Australianos, cuidadosamente seleccionados.

Posgusto limpio, con un punto amargo muy refrescante y adictivo. una joya de cerveza que no puedes dejar escapar, fruto de muchos años de experiencia.

Middle Child

Mucho ha cambiado desde la última vez que hicimos Middle Child allá por los primeros días de Garage Beer Co. Esta cerveza Ekuanot de un solo lúpulo ya no lo es. Estábamos pensando si hiciéramos una IPA de sesión pesada de Ekuanot en 2023, ¿cómo lo haríamos? Así es como. Ekuanot se une a una gran cantidad de Citra y Cryo Idaho 7 para crear un SIPA muy moderno repleto de notas de lima y pomelo y mucha piña ácida.

A lot has changed since we last made Middle Child way back in the early days of Garage Beer Co. This once single hop Ekuanot beer is no longer so. We were thinking if we were to make a Ekuanot heavy session IPA in 2023, how would we do it? This is how. Ekuanot is joined by plenty of Citra and Cryo Idaho 7 to create a very modern SIPA bursting with notes of lime and grapefruit and lots of tangy pineapple.

Lervig Christmas Shake

Ahh Christmas time is coming… but we are getting tired of all those caramel bombs made for the season. So, we decided this year to play it differently and make something a bit out of the ordinary, and we made a milkshake
IPA, hopped with citra and simcoe added a good amount of lactose, vanilla, passion fruit & mango. Yeah we know its not a “real “ Christmas time beer. But honestly everytime we make a caramel spiced ale its pissing us off, hopefully you will feel the same as we do. Merry Christmas!

Food pairings: duck breast with passion fruit sauce and new potatoes, chocolate profiteroles, and banana on crispy fried chicken skin
