Cerveza de color dorado brillante que parte de una selección de maltas y lúpulo especialmente amargos y su proceso de cocción, fermentación y maduración transcurre a lo largo de 20 días.

Ello hace que esta cerveza tenga un agradable y característico sabor lupulado Aroma: Gratos, refrescantes, donde destacan los tonos especiados.

Apariencia: De color dorado brillante. Sabor: En boca se presenta neutra y ligera, con un matiz muy marcado de sabor a lúpulo. Contenido Alcohólico: 5,5° Temperatura ideal de servicio: 5° C

Representing years of dedication to our craft and culture by our world renowned brewmasters, Estrella Galicia is lagered for up to one month in our state of the art facility to ensure quality and consistency.

Estrella Galicia Cerveza Especial is produced by using fresh water from our city of A Coruña, where the brewery is located. Then followed by using a delicate balance of pilsen and roasted malts, equal parts Nugget hops from Spain and Perle hops from Germany, along with our proprietary house yeast strain.

Pilsner Urquell

This legendary pale Pilsen lager has become a legend amongst beers, and has created a completely new category of beer (Pils, Pilsner). Neither the recipe nor the brewing process has changed since it was first made in 1842. The skill of the Pilsen brewers has meant that its quality and flavour have stayed the same, too. This is proven by regular laboratory comparisons, the oldest of which dates back to 1897.

The secret behind the taste of this legendary bottom-fermented lager with an alcohol content of 4.4% lies mainly in its premium quality ingredients along with the preservation of the original production process. The beer acquires its characteristic aroma of malt grains and a balanced caramel taste through triple mashing, while the soft Pilsen water lends it a unique delicate taste and the Žatec hops its velvety bitterness. The malt itself gives the beer a golden color.
