La Trappe Isid’or

Debe su nombre al hermano Isidorus, el primer cervecero de la abadía de Nuestra Señora de Koningshoeven. Fue elaborada para conmemorar el 125 aniversario de la fábrica de cerveza Trapense en 2009. Isid’or tuvo una acogida tan buena que se incluyó en el surtido habitual. Cerveza ámbar sin filtrar, ligeramente dulce con un toque de caramelo, que fermenta en la botella, con un sabor completo ligeramente amargo y un sabor final afrutado.

Cerveza trapense de alta fermentación, no filtrada y con un valor simbólico.

We love i.P.A’s and set about making our own; an ‘indonesian’ i.P.A. Inspired by dutch expeditions to the far east we use some of the rich botanicals found in these faraway lands.

Brewed with:

Coriander. Known as ‘ketoembar’ in indonesian. We grind the seeds, which have a citrusy flavour when crushed, to add freshness and a spicy note to the beer.

White tea. Aasian white tea is the rarest and most delicate of all teas. Its gives our ipa an aromatic sweetness and lingering finish.
