Es una cerveza Belgian Strong Ale de Color anaranjado con aromas dulces de caramelo y afrutados. Tiene el sabor y aroma seco proporcionado por el lúpulo.

De Dolle Oerbier Special Reserva

Sour Red de color tostado con reflejos rojizos y espuma marron claro, fina y poco persistente.

En nariz es compleja, cereza macerada y ciruela, vinosa, alcohólica y acética. En boca es agria y ácida, cítrica, se nota el alcohol y la vainilla de la madera. Ligeramente astringente.
