We brewed Zenith Zest in Brussels with our good friends Chris & Paul from Kyoto Brewing.

They brought Sansho pepper in their luggage and we also added yuzu zest in this Saison to reflect both Japanese & Belgian traditions. Yet balance predominates in this most refreshing beer that mirrors the Sunny days of May.

Zenith Zest es una colaboración elaborada en Bruselas con los cervecerosChris & Paul de Kyoto Brewing. LLeva pimienta Sansho y se le añadió cáscara de yuzu, convirtiéndola en una Saison que refleja las tradiciones belgas y japonesas siendo una cerveza refrescante e ideal para los días soleados.

Red My Lips

In April 2016, we created 4 new prototypes (Red, Yellow, Mauve and Green) - all those 4 prototypes were Session ales at 4.7% ABV but all had a lot of punch!

We organized 11 private tastings in the best cafés, restaurants of Brussels, 1 private tasting in Tokyo as well as a great Final Tasting Event gathering over 2,000 beer lovers at Halles St Géry, Brussels!

The Red Prototype was the clear winner and then the community chose the name "Red My lips" to fit with the seducing nature of this beer. The great amount of Hull Melon and Simcoe hops give us notes of red berries and passion fruits while the special malts allow it to have a great body despite the low ABV. Please enjoy with(..t) moderation!

Red My Lips es una Session IPA ligera y refrescante elaborada con lúpulos Hull Melon y Simcoe.

Esta cerveza ha sido elegida entre cuatro prototipos tras numerosas catas por darle un carácter seductor. Servida en copa desvela un color dorado tirando a naranja con una sutil espuma blanca. En nariz revela aromas de melocotón, cítricos, malta y hierbas. En boca se perciben sabores de lúpulo, malta, cítricos, caramelo y galleta. Su cuerpo ligero, textura aceitosa y carbonatación moderada culminan en un final seco y herbáceo.
