Toda la “geuze” producida por la casa Boon es del tipo “Oude Geuze” (geuze vieja). Esto quiere decir que se ha elaborado según la manera tradicional y que cumple las estrictas normas de la C.E. que protegen esta denominación.

Es el resultado de mezclar varias “lambic” (cerveza de fermentación espontánea) de las cuales la más antigua ha madurado al menos 3 años en barriles de madera. Otra diferencia con otras “geuze” es que la“Oude Geuze” refermenta en la botella.

Lindemans Blossom Gueuze

BlossomGueuze is 2 to 3 year old lambic aged in wood, blended with 12 month old lambic and elderflower. After refermentation in the bottle this gueuze has a golden colour and combines the sour taste of lambic with the natural and fresh aromas of elderflower.

BlossomGueuze combines the sour taste of the lambic with the aromas and flavours of elderflower. A complex and well-balanced beer with a dry and crispy after taste.
