Amber Rye Ale

An amber ale, but with touch of something special. Rye malt gives a hint of spicy sourness to this flavorful and drinkable beer.

"El Iaio Enric muchas noches cenaba "Sopas de farigola". La casa se llenaba de ese grácil y balsámico aroma a tomillo. Como homenaje a un buen hombre, mi abuelo, he ideado una cerveza de trigo tostado con tomillo que se inspira en este típico plato de cuchara que tanto disfrutaba."

Color oscuro, turbia, de cuerpo médio muy balsámico, muy poco gas y mucho aroma. Fondo maltoso del trigo tostado con amargor pronunciado debido al tomillo. Sabores prolongados.

Iaio Enric tiene un toque muy personal. Sin medias tintas: gusta o no gusta. Y si gusta, la gozarás.
