De nieuwe Bavaria 0.0% is een verfrissend alcoholvrij bier dat schuimt, ruikt én smaakt als pils. Hoe dan? Door het te brouwen in de nieuwe 0.0% brouwinstallatie die voor dit bier is gebouwd. Dit brouwbeest kan onder zeer lage temperatuur de alcohol uit het bier halen. Door dit onder zeer lage temperatuur te kunnen doen, ‘verdampt’ zo min mogelijk van de karakteristieke pilsgeur en -smaak. En dankzij het gebruik van traditionele hoppen proef je een fijne pilsbitterheid.

We dry hop this bad-boy in every tank to get all those tropical, fruity, piney and citrusy aromas and flavors in there. For this mofo we use 8 different American hop varieties! And it’s the beer with the most hops in it and for that reason no beer to put away. IPA means drink fresh! Obviously unfiltered and unpasteurized.
