Brix City Brewing Hold the Fruit

Hold The Fruit is NE style DIPA brewed with a new experimental yeast strain that we were lucky enough to get our hands on. We're really excited about this one as this new yeast strain has shown to produce tons of exotic fruit flavors! As the name suggests, there is no fruit in this one, instead all the juicy flavors come from our Double Dry Hopping of Citra+Strata+Huell Melon and this new yeast. This one is packed with fruity notes of pink guava, juicy passion fruit, Dole pineapple juice, ripe cantaloupe, zesty tangerine, and red & pink Starbursts!
