Op het einde van 19e eeuw trouwde Martinus Eylenbosch met Anna Maria Cammaert. Sindsdien leeft de boerderij en brouwerij verder onder de naam Eylenbosch.
De stijgende vraag achter de geuze en de groei van de brouwerij splitste de twee ambachten.
Zoon Victor nam de boerderij over, Jean-Baptist en George de brouwerij.
Vanwege de opkomst van de grootschalige bierindustrie werd in 1965 de laatste keer lambiek gebrouwen en ging de brouwerij verder als drankenhandel. Uiteindelijk werden de leegstaande gebouwen verkocht en omgebouwd naar loften.
De boerderij is blijven voortbestaan, al wordt er met elke nieuwe generatie geherinvesteerd.
