Bellwoods Brewery Intermodal Cherry (2023)

Intermodal is our 100% spontaneously inoculated wild beer, created in a style inspired by traditional lambic producers. During a window of specific overnight temps in the fall each year, we take traditional turbid wort, let it slumber overnight in the open-air coolship, and allow the finest wild yeast and microorganism
