From time to time, we still get surprised by some of the results after blending lambics. Like this Golden Doesjel. While it was intended to be a Golden Blend, and despite the use of very potent jyoung lambic, the fermentation in the bottle did not continue. And it remained flat. This blend was made with lambics from three barrels, originating from three brews with three different brewers (of which 50% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambic). A nice gentle sipper."

Af en toe worden we nog steeds verrast door sommige resultaten na het blenden van lambikken. Zoals deze Golden Doesjel. Hoewel het de bedoeling was om een Golden Blend te worden, en ondanks het gebruik van zeer krachtige jonge lambikken, ging de gisting op fles niet door. En bleef het vlak.
Deze blend is gemaakt met lambikken van drie vaten, afkomstig van drie brouwsels met drie verschillende brouwers (waarvan 50% 3 Fonteinen gebrouwen lambik). Een lekker zacht slokje.

Ripe, fruity aroma with tangerine jelly and piney hop, bananas, honey and vanilla. Flavor is caramel, and peaty hops. Finishes dry. The flavor was a pleasant surprise; very unexpected.
