Smaak Voor deze specifieke Frambozenlambik van 3 Fonteinen werden frambozen afkomstig van Ferme Framboos gedurende vier maanden gemacereerd op jonge lambik. De fruitintensiteit in deze lambik is bijzonder hoog, met 382 gram frambozen per liter lambik, wat zorgt voor een uitgesproken en geconcentreerd fruitkarakter.

De gebruikte maceratietechniek resulteert in een lichtere kleur, wat onderscheidend is voor deze lambik. Bij het openen van de fles komen de kenmerkende frambozenaroma's en smaken direct naar voren, waarbij de frisheid en zuiverheid van de frambozen op de voorgrond staan. Na de maceratie heeft de lambik bijna 18 maanden gerijpt voordat hij werd vrijgegeven, wat bijdraagt aan de complexiteit en diepgang van het bier.

Zoals altijd is deze Frambozenlambik ongefilterd en ongepasteuriseerd, en bestaat hij uit 100% 3 Fonteinen-lambik, wat de authenticiteit en toewijding van de brouwerij aan traditionele brouwmethoden onderstreept. Dit bier biedt een rijke, fruitige ervaring met een verfijnde balans tussen de frambozen en de lambikbasis. Serveertips Om het aroma van dit bier het best tot zijn recht te laten komen adviseren wij een bijhorend glas te gebruiken.
