At 5%, this IPA is packed with fresh hop notes on both the nose and in the palate. The flavor is full of bitter notes from the combination of hops mixed with a hint of floral flavors and a nice citrus edge. Finish is bone dry.

Our 3rd anniversary beer tells the story of Cody Kane - a dirty Irish cop in Chicago during prohibition - whom fate turned into head brewer at Chicago’s first craft brewery. The beer is a super interesting and super funky strong Old Ale at 9,5% composed by our assistant brewer Andreas.p
