Elaborada en las instalaciones de Bidassoa Basque Brewing en Irún y embotellada el 15 de Abril es la primera de la serie monovarietal.

Elaborada con malta pilsner, maris otter, carahell y medium cyistal y lúpulo Simcoe de Yakima Chief, Washington. La levadura usada es de la costa oeste americana.

Con 50 IBUS, 12 EBC y 5,8% de Alcohol por Volumen.

New American Pale Ale ( Simcoe) Brewed and bottled in Bidassoa Basque Brewing, Irún, Spain on April 15, 2015, its the first of the new single hop series.

Brewed with pilsner malt, maris otter, carahell, medium crystal and Simcoe hops from Yakima Chief, Washington. Fermented with West Coast Ale yeast.
