Henares Cobre nació para introducir a la gente en el mundo de la cerveza artesanal. Estilo American Pale Ale. Amargor medio (45 IBU), ligeramente afrutada por el lúpulo americano "Amarillo".

Las notas cítricas y afrutadas, con un punto de caramelo de esta cerveza maridan bien con quesos cremosos, carnes a la parrilla y platos especiados.
