Ballast Point Big Eye IPA

Color naranja cobrizo de mediana intensidad, cristalina. Generosa corona de color blanco y burbuja pequeña con buena retención que deja buen encaje en forma de telarañas.

Aromas a frutas tropicales maduras predominan, papaya, mango y piña seguidas por pino y malta con algo de especias. Cuerpo medio con buena carbonatación.

En boca de inicio tenemos amargor lupuloso con una mezcla de frutas tropicales y por un breve instante la malta y pan tostado. Final amargo especiado y duradero.

Ballast Point Manta Ray

Una nueva doble IPA directamente del laboratorio de investigación y desarrollo de Ballast Point. Manta Ray ataca con potentes aromas de mandarina, melón y un leve toque de pino. Su alta tomabilidad esconde su 8,5º que te pueden tomar por sorpresa.

This new IPA rises above the rest.

We’ve developed many IPA recipes in our R&D program, but right from the tank, our Manta Ray Double IPA was a winner. Aromas of fresh, citrusy tangerine, melon and light pine leap from the beer and linger over a smooth finish. Like its namesake, this brew can sneak up on you – a big beer without a bite.

BrewDog / Ballast Point Ship Wreck

Brewed to encapsulate the flavours of mezcal, this bright golden beer smoulders with smoky notes, as well as intense fruit character. A strong ale brewed with smoked malt and smoked agave syrup, aged in both Islay and Speyside casks, some loaded with Sal de Gusano.

The resultant barrel-aged beer swings wildly between the intense Islay notes, crackling with peat smoke and toasted marshmallow, and the rich, fruity Speyside bringing peach, apricot and mango

Elaborada para encapsular los sabores del mezcal, esta cerveza dorada está repleta de notas ahumadas y frutas intensas. Una Strong Ale fermentada con malta ahumada y jarabe de agave, añejada en barricas de whisky de Islay y Speyside con sal de gusano.
