La expresión “doble chocolate” refleja una realidad, pues en su elaboración se utiliza malta chocolate y chocolate oscuro de verdad y esencia de chocolate. Elaborada con maltas Pale Ale y Crystal, Chocolate Malt, una mezcla especial de azúcares, lúpulo Fuggle y Golding. Combinación que, no obstante, concluye en una cerveza fuerte. La malta del chocolate y el chocolate oscuro verdadero se combinan con la cerveza oscura para crear una experiencia no excesivamente dulce. Es una cerveza negra, muy opaca, de espuma cremosa, abundante y persistente, de color beige. Con aromas a cacao, café y vainilla, no excesivamente intenso como podrías esperar después de conocer cómo ha sido elaborada. Su gusto evoca el café y el cacao. No tomar fría para poder así apreciar todos sus aromas y gusto. Maridaje: ideal para tomar con postres elaborados a base de chocolate y frutos rojos.
