Wolf Brewery Sirius Dog Star

Founded in 1995, The Wolf Brewery is situated in the heart of Norfolk and continues to go from strength to strength.  They pride themselves on producing high quality, real ales brewed with the finest local ingredients.   Sirius Dog Star is a smooth malty red ale.  A blend of six malts give a uniquely sweet liquorice flavour and a soft, fruity finish.   This is an award winning beer, including SIBA’s Overall Champion Cask Ale 2018.
