Description

The new release of this regular cuvee, this time it was all blended during harvest rather than later, a blend 
of Yarlington Mill, Dove and Browns making up 90% of the tank and 10% Chisel Jersey added to give some extra backbone and a little bitterness on the tongue to hold its own with food. We bill this as a table cider – it’s really multi purpose, it’s slightly cheaper than our other bottles and it has a tiny bit of residual sugar which helps extend its appeal before and after the meal. It’s especially suited to those classic cider pairings like pork, ham, Cheddar/Caerphilly/Lancashire cheese, mushrooms. Compared to previous years it is slightly leaner and more structured, with a little more tannin and probably better long term prospects in a cellar. But this is made for drinking and it’s ready to go.
